Spencer Wiggins

- President and Founder

Spencer Wiggins is currently the President and founder of People Service Solutions, LLC (PSS), a consulting, mediation and life coaching organization. He works and focuses upon improving company and individual performance objectives and outcomes by providing a human resources perspective towards shaping successful strategic goals, while providing direction on how to embrace the model of change management in today's workplace environment as a result of worldwide challenges confronting for profit businesses as well non-profit organizations.

Before founding People Services Solutions, he was the Vice President of Community and Customer Relations for ALS Education, Inc., from February 3, 2003 to February 22, 2020. In this role, he was responsible for all community and customer relations initiatives, which included being accountable for establishing, maintaining and managing all high level community and customer relationship activities for ALS Education, Inc., on a national level.

Mr. Wiggins brings over 30 years of senior executive experience to People Services Solutions. Before his tenure with ALS Education, Inc., he served as Vice President of Human Resources with the New York Times Regional Media Group. Other positions held include, Kraft/General Foods as Manager of Labor Relations, The Pillsbury Company Restaurant Group as Director of Human Resources with Burger King Corporation and Vice President of Human Resources and Information Systems with Godfather's Pizza, Inc., Shoney's, Inc. as Vice President of Human Resources and Government Affairs and Vice President, Customer Relations, with First North American Bank, the financial subsidiary of consumer electronics retail company, Circuit City Stores, Inc.

Mr. Wiggins received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Sociology from Richard Stockton State University in Pomona, New Jersey and his Masters Degree in Human Resource Services and Counseling from Rowan State University in Glassboro, New Jersey.

Mr. Wiggins' organizational affiliations include membership in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM); The Human Resources Planning Society (HRPS); Certified Tennessee Rule 31 General Civil Mediator; Board; Member, 100 Black Men of Middle Tennessee; Education Committee member of 100 Black Men of America, Inc.; Member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee; Leadership Nashville, Class of 2010, past Chairman, Tennessee State University Foundation Board, (2007-2014) and past Chairman of the Tennessee Human Rights Commission, (2005-2011).

Spencer is an advocate of mentoring young people and has mentored several young men as a member of 100 Black Men of Middle Tennessee. It is his belief that, everyone has a purpose in life and a unique talent. When you blend your purpose and your unique together, your goals in life can be achieved.
